Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for all workshops, courses, consulting sessions, and programs offered by Centre Wealth Management LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

1. Workshops for Schools & Organizations

 

Cancellations by the Client

  • 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop:
    The client may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Within 14 days of the workshop date:
    The deposit becomes non-refundable, and any remaining balance may still be due depending on preparation already completed.

 

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 7 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the workshop may incur a rescheduling fee.

 

Cancellations by Centre Wealth Management

 

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose:

  • A full refund

  • Or rescheduling to a mutually agreed-upon date

 

2. Adult 6-Session Course

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are available only before the first session begins.

  • After the course has started, all payments become non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

 

Missed Sessions

  • Missed group sessions are not refundable and cannot be transferred to future cohorts.

  • In some cases, a paid 1:1 makeup session may be offered at $250 per session.

 

3. Private 1:1 Consulting Sessions

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are treated as non-refundable cancellations.

 

Refunds

  • Once a session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Digital Products, Downloads & Program Materials

 

All digital materials, downloads, templates, PDFs, and resources are non-refundable once delivered.

 

5. Program Changes & Modifications

Centre Wealth Management reserves the right to modify program content, instructors, dates, or delivery format as needed.
 

Any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
